Please remove the letters and the boxes from the hat. Also, try putting Tom Butler Team on one line and a line separating it from Full Service Real Estate.

I really like this, can you try to modernize the hat with straighter more refined lines?

Could you put the words from #2 with the hat from #25. And then also put the hat from #25 into #4?

We really like #45 a lot. One thing we would be interested in seeing is some different variations of the font. We like the combination of serif and san-serif fonts that you have chosen, but would like to see a few more options. Thanks!

A couple other things we might like to see some variations of would be the line thickness and style of the "roof" above the hat and lines next to the words "Team" as well as possibly adding a chimney to the roof? We would like to see any other last minute creative variations that you have to offer!

We like #45 the best even after their last few options that you gave us. Could you put a little more space between the hat and the words below so that the spacing is more even with the space between the hat and the roof? Thanks!
