Can you add dimension to the logo without destroying your simple concept?

Enlarge slogan line a little; also enlarge logo to
accommodate this.

enlarge the logo bit.I try to focus with person (in golf) as icon since your company is consultant and the main target is person not consulting for golf court

I am uncertain re: what size final logo works best.

Once I make the final selection will I be able to change
its size when using it in different mediums?

here my update with bit darker on green.
Don't worry if you not sure about the size of your logo.In the final selection you will get source files in vector format (EPS) format and high resolutions JPG.
In vector format you can use vector format files in any size without loose the details of your logo.You still can edit the colors too.

Hard to read slogan line at this size. Make slogan line
slightly bigger - keeping "Job One" bolder than the rest.
