Hi. saw your invite in the forums. Here's my concept for your contest... a strong lettermark.

I really like the idea of the fingerprint in the TK Lettermark, could you play with the color scheme of the TK and fingerprint to make it more visible. I also have some ideas that may work but are not necessary.

1. Make the center of the TK logo a lock. (in the tiny hole between the T and the K)
2. Maybe binary instead of the fingerprint to make the TK to make it software specific.
3. Or both fingerprint and binary.

haha I'm sorry if i'm throwing in a few too many suggestions but just do what you can. Thanks alot!

Sure. I'll work on some of that after lunch.

Hello akronix,

Many of the people in our company like your entry #11. Could you possibly change the color scheme of the logo? Many Thanks.

Here's a couple ideas. Let me play around with the color a little bit more.

Thank you very much for tending to our needs akronix. Your design is very well liked here. We still feel the TK logo color scheme isn't perfect as it is still a bit difficult to pick out the fingerprint. We'll wait to see what you can do with it. Thanks a lot for your work.

Best Regards,

Suggestion, Could you make the fingerprint binary and black? I know making it out of binary is quite a hard task but we'd like to see what you can do with it. (P.S. - we particularly like the color scheme of #3)

Ok. I added some binary to the lettermark and changed the colors around as you specified. I don't think that making the fingerprint binary will work as it's very detailed and probably won't be visible in most presentations

Hey. I launched a logo court case using our dispute system against another designer in your contest and won, so he was removed. Those are the rules. His letter mark was just too close to my earlier entry.

However, you may notice that I'm not going after the currenty ranked #2 entry by Bugy. I know Owen personally and he doesn't copy from other designers. We both entered your contest around the same time and this isn't the first time this has happened. I figure we'll work it out ourselves.

Just filling you in.

Thank you very much for the update. I understand that the binary would not work in most applications (ex. Business cards and online applications). (Also our higher ups are adamant about having the fingerprint made out of binary). We are planning to have banners and posters made with his logo for some industry conferences in the future. Also did you happen to get a look at design #3 before he was removed. We particularly liked his color scheme, it made the logo look somewhat 3d-ish. Thank you very much for all of your revisions, we know we are asking a lot of you.

Respectfully,

Ok. I have an idea for a true binary fingerprint. It's going to be next to impossible to display it on this site at 350x280, but I'll do the design and then upload a super closeup of the print. That will be a really neat effect done on large format printing. With vector graphics you can get away with that.

Give me a couple hours.

oh, and yes. I'll nail down your color scheme this time too.

Alright. I've been intending on doing this to the lettermark since the beginning. I can do the binary inside the fingerprint, it's just lost at these resulutions.

Great! You can create the binary inside the finger print. Your latest entry looks really cool. Thank you for all your time and hard work. However, the main decision maker still likes entery # 85 and it's colors. Can you try the followings with entry # 85:

1. Remove the binary inside the TK
2. Create the finger print out of binary (meaning - make the lines of the finger print out of binary and make it black. Please also have another entry with dark blue.). even if we cannot see it at this resolution, we can see it when we make posters or banners.
3. Love the blue color but is there anyway for you to make it look for modern or not so flat or something

Thanks again! We really appreciate all your work!!!

Hello akronix,

If we select you as the winner could you create a logo with the previous requirements? We are very pleased with entry #85 but we would like to choose a blue/white color scheme that would make it easier for someone who hasn't seen it to pick out the TK. Thank you very much for taking the time to work with us.

Sorry. I lost track of when your contest ended, but since I'm ranked 1st I can still upload.

I already had the real binary fingerprint started on this lettermark, so I'll upload it here.

I'll get the other one based on the original lettermark upload soon

Comments from people on #85 is that they thought the fingerprint was just an oval. Can you make one using #86 with white fingerprint and binary...exact duplicate of 85. I also like the style and font of the one ranked #2 for the word "CONSULTANTS".

Once this is completed then I believe we will have a final decision.

We like 199 font and color. What happened to the fingerprint? Please use the fingerprint and binary from 86. Binary should be on top...floating out of the fp.

1. Can you create one with black fp and 1 with white fp? We want the fp to be subtle but recognizable.
2. Create the middle of the TK with a gradiant like 201...toned down?
3. It's very hard to just how it's going to look if we blow up the vector image for banner. Is there anyway we can see a 4x image so we can better judge? It's very important that the logo looks great in large print!
4. What's your thought about making the binary 1 directional and spaced out evenly. Currently it seems like bi-directional and not spaced evenly.

Again we like the font and color scheme!

Getting close!

Ok...if I pick you would you be able to adhere to the following terms because I don't want to waste your time.

1. Direct communication to work with us to nail down the requirement.
2. Revision to our satifaction

As mentioned we like #86.
Fingerprint - we don't want any other fingerprint except the one in #86....just make it darker.
CONSULTANT - Like #205 but the font type should be like #181.

Hey would it be possible for us to contact you by phone? It would work much faster as we need this logo to create pens, usbs, t-shirts, banners, and a variety of items for a conference we have coming up. You can contact Kim at 281-948-3288. She will be your main point of contact. Thank you very very much for taking the time to work with all of us. You have no idea how much we appreciate your time and patience.

Sincerely,

Can you use the blue color from #212 and gradiant it from left to right for #218?

I also like #206...can you incorporate the binary and fingerprint. Keep everything the same except get rid of the horizon for the TK.

TK - we kept going back to the color of #211. Can you reduce the transparency of the fingerprint in in #211? Right now it's too much fp versus TK.
Please duplicate #211 so we can see just the TK.
