What We Do
TimeTrak is a comprehensive job-management and time-tracking solution designed for service-based businesses that operate both in the field and in the office. It streamlines workflows from quoting and scheduling to time-sheets, GPS/geolocation tracking, electronic forms (for compliance) and project/inventory management.

Our target audience is businesses in industries such as building & construction, healthcare, manufacturing, trade-services and professional services; especially those whose staff regularly work on-site or remotely and need visibility, efficiency and control over multiple tasks or jobs at once.

TimeTrak helps these organisations work smarter, reduce paperwork and double-handling, stay compliant and more profitable by bringing together scheduling, time-tracking, job-management and mobile field-tools into one integrated system.

Color Preferences
Our current logo features a blue tick enclosed within a circle symbolizing both the hands of a clock (representing time) and a checklist (representing task completion and reliability). We'd like to retain the blue color palette to convey trust, professionalism, and efficiency. The overall look should remain clean, modern, and easily recognizable—however, modernizing and multiple colours could be our thing.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We currently have two variations of our existing logo, both featuring a tick enclosed in a circle, followed by the text TimeTrak. The tick within the circle represents both the hands of a clock (time) and a checklist (task completion and reliability).

These existing logos are provided for reference only, we're not attached to the current design, colors, or camel-case text style. Feel free to explore creative directions that modernize or evolve the concept while keeping a sense of professionalism, clarity, and trust. We're open to fresh ideas that still connect to the themes of time, tracking, and efficiency.

So far, you're looking good! We’ve started ranking some designs and left comments for a few of you. We’re really enjoying seeing the different interpretations of our TimeTrak brand.

If we haven't commented, or your designed didn't make to the list, we hope the higher ranked (at this time) may help you get a feel of what we are after.

At this stage, we’re leaning toward simple, geometric sans-serif fonts that feel friendly yet professional. We’re trying to soften anything that feels too rigid or corporate, while keeping a clean, trustworthy look.

Typography:
Lowercase and balanced letterforms are resonating most with us.

Colors:
We’re open to exploring new color variations, or finding a balance between the existing blue palette and complementary colors that modernize the look.

Symbol placement:
We’re still weighing different symbol placements — left, right, above, or integrated — and find that the best position depends on how the symbol connects visually with the text.

Overall, we’d love to see some new and novel interpretations that stay true to our themes of time, tracking, and efficiency (not necessary colors or font) while keeping the design modern, clean, and adaptable across digital and print formats.

Thanks again for your great work and creativity — we’re excited to see what comes next!

We welcome the exploration of different colors. Gradients arent us however, and neither is italics (on all words).

Glad to see many new and welcomed designs coming through—a big thank you to all the designers who’ve responded so far!

We’ve noticed a lot of blue being used, which we appreciate as it ties to our existing identity. However, we’d love to see more exploration with color, especially within the symbol itself. Feel free to bring in some fresh, vibrant combinations while keeping things balanced and professional.

Here are some colors we naturally gravitate toward:
#009688, #00bcd4, #03a9f4, #2196f3, #222, #3f51b5, #4caf50, #607d8b, #673ab7, #795548, #8bc34a, #9c27b0, #9e9e9e, #cddc39, #e91e63, #f44336

We’re for: all lowercase text, new and novel symbols that feel fresh and meaningful.

We’re against: heavy gradients, camel case typography, and obvious clock imagery (we prefer subtle or abstract references to time).

Thanks again to everyone participating! We’re excited to see where your creativity takes TimeTrak next!
