Design: Time code production.

Concept: All seeing eye
In this design i have used elements that represent the film making industry, combined in the shape of a triangle (pyramide). I tried to make a modern version of the "all seeing eye", with a movie clapper instead of the eye. The shapes are all related to the industry.

Colors:
Red (#771216), blue (#14133C) and silver (#B3C0BF)
The silver is a green toned grey (with a suttle gradient to black in the midle triange).
If the silver is replaced with silver film on car, sign and buisnes cards it will really pop when the sun reflects on it. I have used silver film on my own logo with great succes.

I hope you like it, and if changes are wanted please give me a note in the coments.

Thank you

Hi Richard.

We really like where you've gone with this. Can we change the purple to more of an exciting blue, possible something with a shine or gradient? Also, can you explore a couple of varying font options? We aren't too into the overly rounded selection.

Thank you!

Changes made:
The color purple was changed to electric blue.
Font changed to Bank gothic, wich is a more rectangular font.
The stripes on the clapper got a cleanup.
A highlight was addet to the top of the rectangle, giving it more pop.
Gradient inside the blue rectangle didnĀ“t come out very good, so i decided on highlight instead. The result is a cleaner look. Hope you like the changes so far.

If you want more changes, give me a note

Thank you

Really like what you've done. Took the suggestions well. We will be looking at this in more detail and let you know if we would like more done to it before the end of the period. We may want to change the scissors icon to something more... shall we say, effective. We like the idea but it might just need something else in there. Other than that the only initial thoughts are that if there could be some deliniation, be it a drop shadow or some sort of glow etc that separates the overlapping blue and red triangles. Also, same with regards to the "Ti:me:co;de" portion of the company name. Something to make it stand out from the actual logo design.

Thanks again!

Drop shadow added.
Highlight also changed to make it more 3d acording to shadows.
This is a seperate version, so you can always go back to the version before.
I dont have a idea for the scissors yet, but i will think about it.
It could be a camera or a dvd, but that wont represent the editing process.

Thank you
