Hi Pam,
Of course, no problem.
I suggest the following:
1. If there are no more changes to be made to the image, you just set the winner and complete the contest.
2. In accordance with LT procedures, I upload the EPS (scalable vector file) and the
1000x800px JPG (bitmap file)
3. You download and examine those files and if those are satisfactory you accept them.
(Still here minor changes can be made before you accept and I can upload those changes)
4. When you accept the prize sum is transferred to me.
5. If you need additional images (JPG or PNG in different resolutions) or even some colour variation,
I have no problem with arranging a download site for such extra images. (no cost of course!)
(This could be tomorrow, next week or even year... ;-)
And don't worry, I won't go away. You can always reach me through:

Good thing to know about files:
EPS, Ai and other "vector" format files are always scalable - meaning they do not loose anything in resolution when enlarged or when you shrink them. But you need a vector application for that like Adobe Illustrator or InkScape (free application). In these applications you also see all the layers that makes the image - meaning you can edit/change text, shapes and colours. Opening this vector file in a "bitmap" program like Photoshop will just show you a flat bitmap file (pixels/dots) and no layers.
JPG, PNG files are always flat and are built by pixels/dots and will of course look grainy if enlarged.
Usually you use the vector file to create JPG/PNG files with different resolutions.
