Can be used with the company name or just the T-shirt idea with "Snack Grabbers", or a combo.
Made the tiger less aggressive, but still tiger in character. Three 'bar stripes' on the body is subtle and is just hinting towards the correctional part.
The colours can be set to reflect the existing WEB site if wanted.
Oh, and the tiger is handdrawn from start to finish. No clip-art or 'borrowed' details - A truly unique animal ;-)
Like the font on Snack Grabber in # 3. Just need the tiger to be cuter - don't need to stay in character. Your art work is good. Commissary is not necessary and may free up space to do more with tiger cartoon. Thanks for your ideas.
This is a good new look! I like the change up! Can you leave it like it is in #23 but give him bigger eyes and no wink.. See what that does. Oh and the Tiger Team is spot-on. .... nice....
Good changes.. thank you . Just glancing at it and not knowing what it is it looks like he's grabbing money - i thing just because color... maybe some options with the candy being another color? Skittles are in a blue bag.... see what that does.... Thanks again.... this is really a cool process...
Thanks for feedback. Yes, when the Contest holder is alert like you are, things can become very interesting. Like having regular micro-meeting with a staff of designers/client. :-)
1. I made it towards the red because I don't want to draw all attention to the bag. After all - it's the tiger and the Team that should be in focus. 2. Changed font/text on "A Tiger Team" to one with a little more 'speed'. 3. Added some shade behind 'Snackgrabbers' and the bag to give some depth.
I whittled my list down to the top four for clairity. Please take a minute and erase the A in A Tiger Team. It can just say Tiger Team. This is still my favorite so far. Something about it works well. Thanks, Pam
Hi there Akerman, I didn't copy you my friend, as my character is completely different as you already mentioned in my comment area.the circular kind of logos are not a big deal as every one is allowed to provide the style except the main thing(character) which CH asked. As the CH also asked me for the cilrcle or ractangle+square designs...but you posted after me as #36 the bag of candies the way his holding it & the shadow perspectives are just same as mine.I could also pull you to the logo court but I believe in my own creativity so I've never used that option & I didn't...before my post no one was posting such detailed stuffs..Hope you understand the creativities & I hope you'll co-operate in that case.
Tell me if you would like to see more variations or other colour concepts. (I don't have any suggestions myself right now. Just want to encourage you to ponder on the area of use for the logo and if there are some considerations that has to be done.)
PapaDaz (moderator) was correct to remove the logos. No brands are allowed inside the logo, even though it does not contain the actual company name and just the product package.
So therefore: A new Tiger with a 'generic' red bag with the text "Grab-a-Snack"
This new candy bag looks just as good... I showed the top five to our warehouse manager. He likes your too....so I showed him how far you had come with the design. When he saw the one with the red lettering in SnackGrabbers....he liked it better. Thought the Orange lettering along with the orange circle was a little much... I don't care and I want to respect his opinon since I asked him. SO with that said, Please change the lettering to the red "snack grabbers" and I'll re-rank it. Thanks so much - hope you are having a great day in Sweden! BTW: What's your weather like today?
Thanks for the feedback! Of course I will alter the text to red, no problem.
Sweden is actually at it's best right now. Spring is comin' fast and I've actually build some new bird-houses together with my daughter and son to provide some safe-haven for the small birds that sings so happily. Actually little bit hard to make, if you want to stop all squirrels and larger birds from snatching eggs/babies...
Anyway, weather is great with clear blue skies and I wish I could be outside with my new Pentax K20D camera taking some snapshots... ;-)
Where are you located? (I've been to NC, LA and Chicago and around in those areas)
Ok, one more thing before the contest ends.... I am not sure of the format that I need this downloaded in order to copy it to a shirt or a hat. After this is over, can you adjust the format if I need it to be adjusted?
I suggest the following: 1. If there are no more changes to be made to the image, you just set the winner and complete the contest. 2. In accordance with LT procedures, I upload the EPS (scalable vector file) and the 1000x800px JPG (bitmap file) 3. You download and examine those files and if those are satisfactory you accept them. (Still here minor changes can be made before you accept and I can upload those changes) 4. When you accept the prize sum is transferred to me. 5. If you need additional images (JPG or PNG in different resolutions) or even some colour variation, I have no problem with arranging a download site for such extra images. (no cost of course!) (This could be tomorrow, next week or even year... ;-)
And don't worry, I won't go away. You can always reach me through: Mail: akerman@akermanscove.com WWW: http://www.akermanscove.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good thing to know about files: EPS, Ai and other "vector" format files are always scalable - meaning they do not loose anything in resolution when enlarged or when you shrink them. But you need a vector application for that like Adobe Illustrator or InkScape (free application). In these applications you also see all the layers that makes the image - meaning you can edit/change text, shapes and colours. Opening this vector file in a "bitmap" program like Photoshop will just show you a flat bitmap file (pixels/dots) and no layers.
JPG, PNG files are always flat and are built by pixels/dots and will of course look grainy if enlarged. Usually you use the vector file to create JPG/PNG files with different resolutions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
