I see a lot of normal font logos here, in spite that you requested 'less generic'.
Here's a resized, reshaped and with added elements to emphasize the 'Ticket', 'business style' and 'stamp' feelin'. It's a logo you see once and remembers.
Will see if I can add some image element too, but don't really think it's necessary.

With a ticket - This will right in on the existing web page and adding the same blue to let say link colours, the site will look real nice.
