#54, #55, #61 this concept calls attention to the physical location of Tiber Place within DC. The I in Tiber is slightly altered to resemble a 1 for 1st Street and the L in Place is emphasized to denote L Street. Because location in real estate is so important, I wanted to highlight the fact that your development is located in the desirable NOMA district.
#56 #57 I designed the classical roman ionic column to resemble the letter T for Tiber. This references classical Rome but is stylized in a modern way.
#58 A cropped out bird's eye view of the corner of 1st street and L street with a star to reference our nation's capital and mark the location of Tiber Place. A reversed out letter T also reads as an abstract street grid/map of your location. The colors are vibrant to reflect the energy and trendy vibe of NOMA.
#62 #63 References the Tiber river combined with modern typography. The typography in my entries have a contemporary almost industrial feel that is relevant today.

We'd like to see the #54 design with an orange border in lieu of the green. Also, could you provide us with a vertical option as well? We'd like to have the logo both ways (horizontal and vertical layouts) for use on multiple types of signage.
We need the final version of this logo ASAP. We had planned to use it in a presentation tomorrow and I was hoping you would have responded before now to my comments on 3/4. Please confirm that you will have our final version for download by tomorrow - preferrably in the morning so we can use the logo we bough for our presentation!
