Blue, Red, or Orange with Grey

Threaded Marketing is a concept to weave marketing and communications throughout an entire business. It takes messages and pulls them into every area of a business. So, I was trying to weave in this "threading" concept into the name. I even tried to play with the "r", "e", and "d" in the middle of Threaded to show a 'red thread', another marketing concept, in the name.

I'd like the logo to be the firm name in a cool design (and not have a separate graphic element in addition to the name.)

NO sewing needles or references!!

I've attached a draft we have been working on but it's not right. The red "r, e, d" is confusing to outsiders.
