Lots of white space equals a certain degree of class and simplicity. Often times hiring is a complicated, difficult process. You need to stress the idea that hiring through your agency makes the process simple and pain-free. The emblem at the top represents entities (people) coming together, or in other words, working together to make an image. Cheers!
This design is very conservative, yet contemporary. It doesn't lock you into difficult design layouts with any blocky imagery. Imagine this identity on a business card or letterhead. It's easy to see. Cheers
