Thanks for the submissions! We are looking for something fairly different than the current logo, so you'll see that reflected in our ranking. Also, we like the inclusion of the words "public relations." We like a clean, sans serif font. Also please try to keep an eye out for creating a shape that will work on business cards and not take up too much space.

Hi Scott -- we are considering a different ampersand now, only because we've seen so many new options, so yes. Sorry for being fickle.
