#3 is too linear and the stark B&W design does not appeal.

The film frame design of #1 is too predictable. And I don't like the color as much as blue.

I like the other designer's bold purple "IV" design. It captures ("royally") the film essence of the company. But I prefer your layout and am also still partial to the blue lettering. Try adding one small wing to the left of the "inc." and improving your "IV" design.
