Hello! Here's my entry for your consideration. A combination of an eye and an abstract person in a moving gesture. I chose moving gesture to give meaning to the "Unblinkable". Moving, continuation of service, no rest to name a few. Hope I make sense.
I really like it, Lloyd, and in particular, I like #56, which I have ranked. In particular, I like the fact that there are multiple overlapping themes in logo. Look at it one way, and it's seemingly like an eye overlooking the world. Look at it another way, and it's a person. Very nice. I like #55 and #54 as well as variations on the same theme as noted in our comment.
Thanks for the feedback and considering my design. Any modifications, just let me know. In the meantime, here are some color variations to make to logo pop more - #72, #73. Please let me know what you think.
Lloyd, I really like being able to see the logo with some additional colour schemes, which in my opinion, are not mutually exclusive to your original submission. In fact, TheUnblinkingEye will have some subclassifications of use (Platform, Perform and Participate) each of which could potentially represented by different colour combinations for the basic logo. It certainly has given me lots to think about. I'm not going to Rank these alternative colours, but that's simply because the basic motif is there in #56, so please don't think I don't value your new submissions. Thanks for your hard work, it's appreciated.
Thanks for your additional submission #112 Lloyd. It's a significant departure from your other idea, and quite interesting. But at this stage, if I have to pick between the two, I'm still going to go with your original concept #56. The latter is a *very* strong entry and will take some beating. But thank you for your continued efforts, it's very much appreciated.
Oh, I see it now, that's so cool. As mentioned in the brief it's these hidden features that eventually pop out at the view are the ones that I like the most. However, at this stage, I'm narrowing the entries down to one logo per designer, and your #56 is a strong contender. Best of luck in this next round.
Thanks for your additional submission of #139, and I think it’s an interesting idea, but I still think the simple, clean execution of #111 is still my preference. A question after consultation with the company that will be doing the logo merchandise. I take it we could do a version of the logo without the “A Promise. Kept.” tagline? There is some concern that it will be too small for an embroidered logo. Alternatively, perhaps we could try the tagline bigger?
Lloyd, my apologies for taking a couple of days to get back to you. The new versions of the logo look good, and I think of the two I prefer #167 with the grey ‘A Promise. Kept.’ tagline A couple of things; 1) How would the logo look if we had ‘A Promise.’ in regular font, and just the ‘Kept.’ in italics? I’m concerned about introducing another visual element making the design look cluttered, but would still like to see how it looks. Same size of type, same colour, but with just that one change. 2) Would it be possible to see #54 with the same set of changes as #167? I see applications for both formats of the logo. Also, in the case of #167, it seems that there is gradient shading on the head/iris element, is it possible to get that same shading on #54. Thanks very much for your help with this, it’s appreciated.
Hello! No problem! Thank for the feedback. Here are your request Sir - #170, #171. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have more revisions to be make. Thank you!
