Google the word "Themis" and look at the images. This is the Greek goddess of Justice. You can use her as a mark, or use just the scales that she carries to represent justice. The use of a globe would be okay because the other word in our name is "Global".

Does anyone have any other ideas or concepts? I don't want to tie your hands with the Godess and Scales thing... I was just giving one example. This is a Global company... could have something to do with that. Anyway, feel free to be more conceptual and abstract - it doesn't have to be so literal and illustrative. Thanks!
