Can you make a couple variations of this....Please add Condo Division, and another one with Home Division, and another with Luxury Condo Division. You can decide where the text should go....

These are to show you how it looks on black background.
In the final files I always provide all the logo versions: color, color on dark background, gray scale, B&W and reverse B&W, in vectorial, jpg and transparent png
