I like the Idea with the wings. Maybe a more kinda "steel" color. the letter "w" doesn't look cool. going with the idea of #3 i think the w with wings should count for the w in wingmen - w ingmen - get it? hehe I like the color of #2 but make it steely or metal like maybe with some fireworks og stars.
#10 I like it a lot, looks sharp and professional. The circle behind is nice, but somehow needs a little detailing, maybe a cutout where the letters go through or something
