Would it be possible for you to send me the logo in 2 additional versions: a black & white versition and then a verision with a clear background (not white, so when I print on a color background it won't have a white box around). Please let me know.

Just FYI that you can use PNG files for transparent background logo.
And you can use EPS files for make any format design and in any size you want.
