I like that #2 incorporates a unique design logo within the company lettering and incorporate the steel grey and orange. In addition the subtle graphic should also be able to be used outside of the company name as a stand alone logo that will be instantly associated with the company. You are on the right track with the second "A" in TITAN. If you can design something with more of a logo embedded into the company name, I would love it.

You did a design for "simplified credit solutions" I would like to see your design #2 with the background of #13 and the helmet in a design like the one you did.
