I like #5. I would like to see the orange more vibrant and on a background like #13.
The TTG is unique and I like it.
Can you try to incorporate a logo?

I like that #2 & #9 incorporate a unique design logo within the company lettering and incorporate the steel grey and orange. In addition the subtle graphic should also be able to be used outside of the company name as a stand alone logo that will be instantly associated with the company. Both are on the right track with the second "A" in TITAN.

Overall, yours has a sharp look I like very much.
