Please check #16. I've added a simple sun since you want to print, embroider, wrap the logo.
If you have any specific color preferences let me know.

I like the sun in #14 and the colors which would work for print and web.
I would only use 1-3 colors for embroider.

I agree. A sun which is too detailed will cause you problems on printing.
Would you like me to experiment with different fonts or anything?

In #20 I've used dark brown instead of black because it suits with Nevada's landscapes.

#23 is a new version without a palm tree, maybe sea can portray Florida's area.

I don't like the tall building idea as that is more commercial.

I like the idea of the whole graphic is some sort of a crest type of image.

Can we get some green in there too and not have the cactus blocking the home.

I like it however the palm tree is a distraction and perhaps the graphic a bit bigger so more of a balance with the text. Just a thought. Still some green missing or even a sun like #14. I like that. . .

How about a different color of cactus and perhaps a little larger above the black as it seems a bit condensed including the rooftop.

I need to be sure that THE and REAL ESTATE GROUP is easily legible and can be embroidered, printed, etc. . . easily.
Also, as in my original application for a logo, my local business names are: Greater Phoenix Property Group and Palm Beach Florida Properties so perhaps we can incorporate both of them (separately) in the logo therefore creating one log with two different sub names. Thank-you in advance. . .

I can use a different font, more bold, for THE and REAL ESTATE GROUP in order to be more legible.
Also I can make a sample with one of your local business name to see how it looks.

I think all texts are legible.

I like #30 with a larger area for the rooftop, grass, cactus, etc. . .
A different color cactus perhaps or not, still iffy on that.
I would like to see Greater Phoenix Property Group & Palm Beach Florida Properties part of the logo however outside of the crest so as to have the option to exclude it in any marketing.

The three different brands under Stylianou Real Estate Group aren't that appealing. . .

In #39 I've tried to incorporate brand's name with the main logo.

The lines a bit too much and without it seems plain.
My wife suggested that REAL ESTATE be larger so as to stand out however still have STYLIANOU larger than THE and GROUP.

Perhaps:
Palm Beach Florida Properties and
Greater Phoenix Property Group in capitals however not sure about lines. . .

From my point of view lines somehow group the whole logo.

Perhaps a little more space under group so it doesn't seem so confined in the bottom of the box and please send three new samples. One with Palm Beach Florida Properties and One with Greater Phoenix Property Group and one with Maricopa Arizona Properties. IN CAPITALS

I see how the lines group it. Can I see it with the logo further down between phoenix and property and of course with the suggestions in the previous comment. I think we are almost there PINK. Thank-you. . .

In lines version I couldn't split the text equally left & right in every case so I moved main logo slightly down.

3 with the lines and sub-names and 3 without the lines but with subnames as well as 1 without any lines or subnames.

Full versions of course so I can blow up, embroider, wrap, etc. . .

Please keep in mind that via Logotournament you'll get the eps & jpg files of just the winning logo, Palm beach version with lines for example.
All the other variations will be send, after the finalization of the contest, directly to your personal email, which I'll find in the Legal Contract.
