I am VERY open to different colors. I don't want red/white/blue or black/yellow combo's. I like red, yellow, burgundy and earth tones. Just reading that sounds all over the place, I'm open!

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ Please note: if you are asking for a design that will require several hours to create, to attract designers willing to invest that amount of time the prize should be at least $400-$500. All "Character" style logos fall into this category.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" designers are the first 5 designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st place design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

So.... the ranking. This is done AFTER the contest ends? It seems that way to me but I could be wrong! If I am, what am I ranking, what I like so far? Am I to address this question somewhere else, I did read the forums. The only dumb question is the one not asked.

You can rank anytime during contest open phase. So later you can have top 5 designer during top 5 phase.
You always can change rank order when there are new submission from designer. Then other wil try to beat that and become first rank :).

It also good to give individual feed back and mark which design you don't like. So later we can really create the best design for you.

I just uploaded 3 images. Of course I don't want theirs but a variation? I hope it's not too late. Even Namaste or a similar position, not really crazy about the hands OVER head.

I know the contest is almost over but I'd like to see other color's, even your own, nothing with just 2 colors and again, I'd really like an image similar to the Namaste or Yin Yang tree.

What is with my top 5 or who are they, the 1st 5 people as I have them ranked? Others are still showing up? Thanks for the clarity too.

Yes, the designers you ranked from 1st to 5th place are your top 5. Only the top 5 designers can still upload designs during this phase. You will still be able to see all other entries and swtich rankings.
