No worries, glad I could help. during this phase (finalist Phase) only your Top 5 designers can upload (not top 5 designs) for example

you could have

Designers A: ranked 1, 2 3 (this only counts as 1 designer)

Designer B: ranked 4th (this only counts as 1 designers)

Designer C: ranked 5th (counts as one designer)

Designer D: ranked 6 and 7 (counts as 1 designer)

Designer E: ranked 8 and 9 (counts as 1 designer)

you could fill spots 1 - 20 with one designers artwork but that only counts as 1 designer in the Finalist phase

Does this make sense?

In the Finalist phase you can shift designs and designers around at any time for example if you had a designer who has a design ranked 20th but want to see changes to that design simply move that design into one of the Top 5 spots, this will allow the person to upload your changes, then re-rank according.

The Finalist Phase as well, but only your # 1 ranked designer can upload changes, however if you want to see additional changes by another designer simply move that person design to the # 1 spot in order for him/her to upload.

This can be slow process because of time zones, so please be patient if the changes you've requested have not been uploaded.
