Design #3 very closely resembles the logo for a presentation software company called Mediashout:

I think the #4 is more uniqe and better suited for "the shot".

Achieve your ambition/target. Strong, simple memorable.

Like the simplicity and the concept, not 100% sold on a bullseye though. I think 'the' can be de-emphasized. Would like to see a less rounded font

Updated the Typography. The "THE" is now smaller as requested. The shape of the Typography stands for a podium and is more refined (this font is also selfmade). If you look closer at the whole shape, you could probably see an abstract cup.
