The Schipper GroupLogo Design Contest

I've posted our old logo.

Please review the logo that I have designed thus far at www.schippergroup.com

My original intent was for this logo design to be modernizing the Tree only, not addressing the text. I like what I am seeing with some of your designs. I encourage the designs to move in the direction of utilizing the text and design that I have already developed. I need you all to take it further and take it from Okay to Great!

Here is what we Like:
Please note #33 & #43...
- the tree is closer to what we think we are looking for (modern with some texture & 3 dimensional feel).
-We LIKE the "ground" element below the tree.
- We LIKE "The" to be included in 'The Schipper Group' name
- We LIKE the two colors in the words. we would like to see 'Schipper' in GREEN and 'Group' in BROWN
- We DO NOT LIKE gradient in the text
- We DO NOT LIKE lines above or below the text
- We WANT the tag line included as: "Commercial Real Estate Development"

looking good. Further tree textures and ideas are welcome. Make sure you include the Tag line!
