The Run TeamLogo Design Contest

Thank you for inviting me to your contest. It seems that sport type logos inspiring me very much, so after receiving your invitation i manage to make one proposal quickly (--> #3 ).
Logo will probably be used for printing on textile and other materials so i tried to make simple but yet recognizable symbol that resemble "speed" and "sport" with "reliability" and "quality".

Please let me know if you have any idea for improvements....

The logo will only be used on the web - not on textiles.

I like the wording - although I'm not to excited with the grey. I'm not sure what other colours will go like this - it is likely to be on a sandy/beige coloured background.

I dont like the logo out front - I dont think the circle works - I prefer something more horizontal looking.

Thank you for positive feedback. I made another proposal based on your suggestions from contest brief. Here is the abstract symbol inspired by speed, letter "R" and running sport. Please provide feedback so that i can improve design or eventualy came up with something new.

Hi

I like #19 but I prefer the darker red and a bit darker on the grey.

Also, do you think the word "the" will show up when the logo is small - say 70x100 pixels

Darker red (actualy i removed slight gradient from red color that you suggested to light red), darker grey and bigger "the" lettering...

I like #34 better. Are you able to show this without the beige background (I think the logo will go on a transparent background at this stage).

I do like #81. Are you able to put a bit of grey in the logo (maybe the inner lines)?

Can I also see a variation with a capital T for The

Capital "T" letter in "The" word. Added grey colors in symbol...

Hi, i made color changes that you requested but now i don't see how to upload them. Site rules says that top 5 designers can upload proposals during judge mode but i still don't see how to do that. Can you please wait till i find solution for this?

I made little research on the forum and i find out that option in which top 5 designers can submit revision during judging mode is suspended, so i can't submit revision that you requested.

The solution for this is to rank me as 1'st and then i can submit revision.

I am sorry for inconvenience with this, but i think that there is plenty of time to resolve this issue

I agree. Dark grey is to similar in lightness as red, so black have more contrast with red definitively.

Can I see #123 but with the font from #60 - this looks cleaner I think.

I think that is much nicer. Which do you prefer (I think I like 124 given the logo will be used on the top of website - in a fairly long image)

I am glad that you like the design. Practically these two designs are the same and you can use both depending on situation. One for header, and on other places (with less space) second design.
