I like the direction you are going with this. I am not sold on the font of the RPM and would like to something with the RPM / Tach look you have and incorporating the legal name of the company (RPM Group Holdings, LLC) instead of "Group". Also, a black background to the whole logo with white RPM letters and lines on the tach might look cool.
