What We Do
The RISE Method is a signature transformational program created by Carrie Pratt Wellness, a holistic wellness brand rooted in science, energy, and integrated healing. RISE stands for Reset. Integrate. Strengthen. Empower. — four phases guiding clients toward physical, emotional, and energetic renewal.
The program is a coaching program to help clients move from weight gain, illness and depletion to clarity, resilience, and empowerment.
The RISE Method represents rebirth, renewal, and inner strength, reflecting both a practical and deeply spiritual approach to wellness.

Design Direction:
I seeking a logo that reflects transformation, elevation, and empowerment.
Feels uplifting, elegant, and grounded, not overly corporate or clinical.
Visually ties to the parent brand, Carrie Pratt Wellness (www.carrieprattwellness.com), through complementary colors, fonts, or aesthetic style.
Works in both horizontal and stacked formats for use on the website, program guides, and digital collateral.

Parent Brand Connection:
Carrie Pratt Wellness has a calming, organic, professional aesthetic — emphasizing balance, energy, and integrated healing.
The RISE Method logo should feel like part of the same family, not a completely separate brand.
Use a cohesive color palette with my primary logo.
Fonts should harmonize with or complement Carrie Pratt Wellness’ clean, modern typography.
Avoid harsh contrasts or overly busy elements; the tone should convey trust, clarity, and sophistication.

The tagline should be legible and balanced with the main wordmark.
Symbol/Icon Inspiration
I am open to symbolic imagery that conveys the idea of rising, renewal, or rebirth, such as:
A rising phoenix (symbolizing transformation, resilience, and rebirth).
An energy spiral, sunrise, or ascending light motif — something fluid and natural, not harsh or mechanical.
If using the phoenix, please keep it elegant and minimalist — think graceful lines, modern silhouette, or abstract wings, rather than a literal fiery bird. The symbol should complement the text, not overpower it.
Tone and Feel
Professional yet soulful
Empowering, calming, and hopeful
Modern, clean, and aligned with holistic wellness
Should look strong and credible in both print and digital formats
Usage
The logo will be used on:
The RISE Method landing page (under Carrie Pratt Wellness)
Digital course materials, PDFs, and social graphics
Program presentations and client workbooks
Branded merchandise (optional)
Designers should consider how the logo will appear both with and without the tagline and how it can live harmoniously alongside the Carrie Pratt Wellness logo.

Color Preferences
My current logo has yellow, orange, purple and greens. This logo needs to tie into the current logo, but be distinct because it is a premiere program. It is about transformation, so it should have warmer tones
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Visually stack the four words beneath “RISE,” perhaps with subtle color or weight variation to highlight each stage.

Keep fonts and palette in harmony with Carrie Pratt Wellness so it feels like an extension, not a departure.
Consider a simple one-page graphic (mini-framework diagram) that shows each phase — this becomes a visual anchor for your program.
