What We Do
Approximately 180 to 200 unit new downtown multifamily residential project featuring a transitional/contemporary style. This new residential project will feature 2 and 3 story buildings. It is adjacent to "Founders Square", which is a small brand new park in the new "downtown" - this downtown is in a suburban area founded in the 1970's.
Portage is known for being a crossroad of trains, boats, and automobiles. Located at the southernmost tip of Lake Michigan, it is home to the largest inland port in the USA - Burns Harbor. The City also has deep ties to the steel industry, and has steel mills along the lake.
The Founders Square park brings to mind our founding fathers as well as the founders of the City of Portage, and has a patriotic sentiment.

Color Preferences
No color preferences. The City of Portage's colors are red and white. We are also trying to capitalize on the natural surroundings including lakefront beaches, prairies and dunes. Blues, reds, and tans are options, but we are open to various colors.
