I agree after looking at these other ones. I like this design and your work in general after looking at your portfolio. If you think of anything else or if you have any other thoughts/input/ or variations you think would be good im open. I wasn't planning on adding color but if you do more with that im open to variations with that as well. I think this really captures the look im trying to achieve. Thank you!

Definitely on top. It provides more symmetry for a wide variety of applications, such as signage or print materials.

Thanks Teddy! I see you have done some other apartment logos. In your experience are you seeing the symbol on top of the name more often than to the side?
