We are looking to rebrand the logo for our family farm. With it being agriculture related I would like for it to have retro, minimalist, and mid century modern feel. I want it to have clean and slightly modern fonts but without feeling sterol. Possible incorporate the state of Texas on the logo

We are a commercial construction company specializing in medical, dental, and general office space construction.

This is a new apartment complex. The property sits adjacent to a creek (hence the name) "The Reserve at Harris Creek" The overall theme of this development is modern, luxurious, and exclusive.
