Hope those new ones helped. #110 still feels well balanced, and seems to have the right emphasis on each word when you read it visually. Anyway, if there's anything else you'd like to see just let me know.
#110 & #410 can I see against a black background. for website purposes my background is dark so "the" would need to be either white or grey and I need to see what is going to work best. thank you
#412 and #418 are similar - I felt the grey 'group' on 412 was a touch dark so lightened it to achieve that balance that occurs in version #118 on white
Others are various combinations for you to review.
thank you. Here's what I'm trying to work around. #110 works for a white background for letterhead, envelopes, etc. My website has a dark background and I think either 413 or 418 work. I don't really like the box around "group" however on my site I will have my name under my logo so I'm attempting to find a solution that doesn't look too busy. What if there is just a line in white or grey below "group" the extends the length of the logo? or any other thoughts you have for 413 and 418.
I understand the challenge. Ideally I would approach this by working with the actual web page and your name graphic, to reach the optimum layout. So there's that option if you wished me to fine tune after the contest ends.
In the mean time I've done 6 new layouts with a thin bar in white/red/grey underneath. The last one, #424 , is a darker shade, which interferes less with the logo, as does the red. I think the white bar is a bit too loud (however it might work on the web page so tricky for me to say).
See what you think, and as I said, I'm happy to assist with final tweaks if needed later on. Also, I'm happy to supply various versions as artwork files so that you have options to work with.
I just wanted to add, it is difficult to design the separator line, or whatever is used, without the big picture of seeing it on the web page. So please take those uploaded ideas as a starting point.
I've had the web designer test the idea of logo with a line and it seems to be working. Would I be able to get the logo from you in the following (which you've already done): - the one for white background - one for site with line - same website version without line?
same logo obviously but various color for different uses for the company? unfortunately the same logo doesn't work for letterhead and the website for example.
Logotournament allows you to only load one eps file and one jpeg for final approval. But after that we can liaise via email to deliver all the other versions.
