We believe that the configuration and presentation of this logo makes the company appear old and somewhat outdated. Looking for a more modern treatment. Not sure what the gradation in those two is representing either. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client While I understand the rationale behind adding dimension to the logo, I do not like the effect, so please avoid 3-D treatments like #9 and #10.I also prefer any symboling or lettering treatment to be to the side as opposed to above the words - seems to make for a tighter presentation. Not exactly sure what the treatment of the PGA is in #7 and #8 above. Not in love with red as a corporate color, either - maybe a maroon, but not a red (even though red, white and blue might work with the name). 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client Please notice how in the existing logo, the "of America" is downplayed and "The Plastics Group" is more prominent - I think that we are looking for something that provides a similar treatment. Also, not a big fan of all lower case treatment for the name. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client Do not like the color scheme for #26.Not sure what the blue symbol around the color pellets in #25 represents. Don't mind the treatment of the corporate name, though.I am looking for something more integrated - I realize that that is a somewaht obtuse observation, but many of these seem to fail to relate the name to what the company does (not that the existing logo does this very well either). 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client To be perfectly honest - this contest is still wide open - nothing has "wowed" either me nor the client so far. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client Do not like the typeface on the latest entry - no differentiation between the A and M in America. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client I am confused by the symbols associated with these last two entries - not sure what is being conveyed. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client A better variety but I am still looking for a better representation of the industry. The latest entries provide very good variety, but nothing still captures the resin pellet aspect of what TPG does. And perhaps someone could try using TPG as the accumulated letters in the corporate symbol. 12 years ago Greg Czarnowski Client Positioning statement is "Your Resin Source." (no "s" after source)Still looking for a better corporate symbol (that works to form a tighter placement with the name), but the simplicity of these latest entries is a step in the right direction. 12 years ago
