I like the subtle architectural elements in both #75 and #77. I'm not sure I like having "the" in a different direction as I feel it draws attention away from the rest of the wordmark. The font is also a little too clean. We are looking for a more aged, antique look such "Caslon Antique" Thanks!
I like the font the most in #85, would prefer all words to begin with a capital letter. #85 is really close to what we had in mind. I am not sure the roof line connecting the two "i's" is right...maybe more than one angled line? Looking good!
I'm liking the direction in #93,94 however I'm not sure I like how the "roof" pitches intersect and continue onwards. When they meet, if only one line continued it might give the illusion of depth in the logo...
Thanks again for your earlier submissions. We did put you in our top 5 designers because we are really impressed with the direction you are headed. At this point, we are thinking more of a gray/green, or gray/blue color for our logo, all other comments still apply. Thanks again!!
