Could you please complete the U in the name and make the green more like #42?
Can you make the first part of the left side of the u a bit more distinct at the top as a 1, we are thinking it might be too subtle?
We would also like to see the tag line "catepult your success" italicized?

Updated version with a complete U and italicized tagline. I have to be careful with integrating a 1 into the U itself, as that is a unique idea that was presented by another designer. I will work on getting a 1 in there with the U somehow. As for the green, it's actually the same shade as the example you gave. :)

Can you put your slant back in the mark "u"?
If you are chosen, can you put more to it later?
Can you try another font for the tagline that give more action to it even if it doesn't match the main part?
Can you give us a little space between the "One" and the last "U"?

Can you also add a little brightness/yello to the green? Not a far as 57 but a little something to pop it and maybe brightne the purple too?

I'll fix up the green in a couple different variations so you can see what they look like.

love this one. The brighter colors really make it stand out and add a lot of life to the design. I like using gradients, but I figured you were interested in more solid color choices. Take a look at this and see what you think. :)

We have a dilemna....we love your icon with some tweaks and the desgin, color and letters of 114 . What do we do?

Color is not an issue. That can be changed easily. What parts of 114 do you like specifically? I can try to come up with something new, but I have to be careful not to copy. I can change to lower-case lettering, but I can't copy the 1 in the U.
