I guess Mardi Gras green runs through my veins! Here are the requested adjustments: green color change, smaller "1", and italicized slogan(in my first entry it was italicized but since it was not easily detected, I changed the font also). I also put a voo-doo spell of inifinite success on it, though it is not visible under standard lighting.

I altered the "1" to represent a strong, successful, business-minded woman. I think it's her eyes that convey the strength within the image. LOL.
