#81 & #82 need to have the word "TEAM" darker or more readable.

My partner is not big on the 3 lines inside the circle. Can you please try to modify it by removing them and maybe putting a door instead of the window so the house gets bigger and it won't have a need foe the extra 3 lines?
He also would like to see Novak in green and the wave in blue.

A second versian of #187 should also have the windows removed and the word "Novak" black.
