The Nemo ShowLogo Design Contest

Hi All,

​Typically, a design would be protected in the contest if the concept in question was 1) not part of the brief, 2) the concept is not obvious. The fact that other designers did it in blind phase would require admin to look in.

​I've reviewed the contest.
​
​It's very obvious client is looking for the following: 1) political items included in the text.
​
​When I do a search for "political logo", I see instantly "flags" in text.
​
Therefore, flags as a basic concept combined in the text is obvious and will not be protected in this contest.
