#13 Very interesting direction but it seems to need a little work. We are really enjoying the freshness and sophisticated architectural structure

Just a few thoughts:
We really love your color palette. Unfortunately, all logos need to be presented on white background.
Could you try to bring it together a little bit (cohesive, have it read more as a unit)?

Please make a copy of your entry #13 and crop the dark gray box around the logo so that the logo reads like its inside a rectangle. Thank you.

By logo do you mean just the "M", or the entire logo?
