Many logo use letter logo, this work to sir. Can be print on shirt, more easy to. Can be profile picture for social media sir.

You are really close with this version. Maybe a couple of arches and or rounded at top (check a photo I just uploaded.

Center the word "the" ?

I think I'd also line on top of the word Mission on either side of "the"

That looks too much like a tomb and not a mission. Please look at some of my attachment photos and see if you can make something with your creativity

Can you
1. Remove the tag "a church for Tucson"
2. Make "the mission larger since you take the tag away
3. Black and white
4. Alter to icon to the right to look like the mission arch but maybe one larger under one smaller and give a side view. Love the cross

Good attempt. I'm not sure what the arch through the cross means anything.

I hope that makes sense. Like an emblem that represents what you are doing. In other words, I like this version you have created, but if I can't use an emblem only, it won't work on social media or even shirts, clothes, etc.

I really like what you have done with this logo. Some of my graphic designer friends have said this is a great logo but it would be nice to have an image that you can use on a pocket, twitter account, etc. that you don't have to use all the words. Any way you can give a version of that?

You are number one currently. The only suggestions I hear is with the type of cross. Can you make it a more simple cross and a LITTLE larger? Not much. It looks like the ends of the cross go down. Can you do a cross that doesn't do that?

As you work on this, you may enjoy looking at some new fonts and ideas I just uploaded as it relates to font and what I mean by "vintage" or "modern"

Oops. I deleted the version of this with darker blue. Could you generate one of those as well? It also had the separation line.

let's make the cross back to original size. It's starting to look "gothic" rather than a nice cross.

Very good! Let's add the arrows (closed arrows) pointing out on the icon. We may need to make "the Mission" letters bigger and drop the separation line.

Let's drop the pillars. It's starting to look like a mosque. :)
Could you make the cross a little smaller and add the arrows on the icon rather than the O? I like the arrows on the arrow but I'd like a different option.

Also, let's make "the Mission" font a little bigger. Same font though.

Another addition might be to add filled in arrows on the north south east and west signifying that that mission is going out. If you do this option, no arrow is needed going out to the right

Great job! Can you make the arrow going out a little more distinct? Also I like the arch in the icon but don't love it. Could you make it actually look more like s mission? I love how simple it is but almost too simple

1. Can' you give me the reverse white on black again with this one?
2. Make the "T" or cross a little larger?
3. Make the arch a little thicker...not too much but like the original thickness before you changed the arch

My partner likes this version. Is there a thin line with an classy arrow going out to the right that can be placed in between the mission and the second line "a church for Tucson"?

I like the blue! Keep messing with blue and black maybe adding another lighter shade of blue

1. What if the icon is smaller and to the left w/ a small line separating the icon with "The Mission"
2. "The" is sideways to the left of "mission" and right of the separation line
3. The icon is rectangular not circular

4. Maybe the arch and cross is a little more traditional than you have...not much more though

If you decide to create an emblem icon similar to the arch and cross you have over the word mission an idea might be a white on black icon and the word the mission could be the black on white background

Also something very subtle on the line to the left like an arrow giving the impression that the mission is outward. You are doing great

You are on the right track. For another option to look at can you use the artist arch and cross And give me an emblem with it with the word the mission (same font)? I think it would be important to have an emblem to use whether I use the words "the mission" or not . I hope that makes sense.
I am dropping two of your logos down that are identical so that four similar logos from you are not in the top. I want to leave more room for finalist options

You are capturing my original intent of "mission" feel with a modern rendering. Currently this logo has shot up to the top. Here is why. The arch and cross give "Mission" feel. The font keeps it modern.
Recommendations: I would like a clearer distinction that the arch is a mission arch. I am not artistic, but maybe just a touch more arch--maybe wider line? I don't want you to tamper too much with it because it's really good. I have an arch with a cross in my mind that nobody has been able to capture. You are the closest.
The black and white gives much more of the timeless classic look that I want. Maybe just a touch more rustic with the arch so people know it's a mission arch and not a son beam or half moon..
