Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

The cross hairs theme is interesting and should be explored perhaps but I would rather not have overt references or pictures of guns
I also do not want trite references to magic like rabbits or typical tophats.
Stylized wands doubling as weapons might also be a possibility
This is as far from balloon doggies and kiddie magic as you can get

#21 looks better
I think we are getting dangerously close here.
The problem is this.
I like very much the way the cross hairs look #15.
Can we combine that look with #21 and still keep the two color Text?

Also what would it look like if we put a trigger on the wand?
Just a thought.
