Hi,
Here a a few options adding "catering co" to the logo:
#75 - lowercase 'catering co' centered beneath BREAK
#76 - uppercase 'catering co' centered beneath BREAK
#77 - uppercase 'catering co' flush right with BREAK
#78 - same as #77, except changed the color of 'catering co'

Let me know if you want 'catering co' sized differently, placed differently, etc. More to come!
