Is it like this?

... sorry for another revision request, but they have asked if you could use this as the foundation, but make some small changes:
1) remove the shadows under OFT
2) place "THE" outside of the "O", perhaps above the L?
3) can we try with different color combo... perhaps a cool blue variety, with the "Elevated Learning" in orange?
