I like this design but would be interested to see it with the descriptor as well.
Additionally, would like to include some sort of an emblem that we could use to brand things without the full logo.

The symbol is original and unique, so that it can be used separately from the name.

About your requestion for different colors in the crown, do you have some specific colors that you like most?

Are we able to get a copy of the elements individually? (The crown, the entire logo, and the logo without the tag) Also have it in PSD form too where we can change the color as needed?

Yes of course and i will sent you the elements individually. I sent you and the psd file but it's better to make the changes with a vector program than photoshop.
