The Kopley GroupLogo Design Contest

The Kopley Group is a boutique property management company that owns and operates 8 residential real estate communities.

Audience this logo will attract:
Banks and investors: suit and tie people making decisions in their firm- professionals who move the needle.

Black and white. Dark Charcoal or other gray okay. Must look great as white on dark/black background.

Needs to convey: Timeless yet modern, successful, trusting, elegant, “perfect choice/move”, offers great opportunity to investors, established, experienced, progressive, forward thinking, honest, integrity, reliable, adapting to change, consistent.

Graphic elements should use thin lines, geometric cuts feel, Vision includes making the K in Kopley larger somehow.

TYPEFACE: Please use serif. Needs to feel high end, classic, sophisticated. Georgia is a good example (do not use Times New Roman). (However: open to a very sophisticated/luxury invoking sans-serif. ) When in doubt, choose a serif for this one. Please choose a Google font.

Note to keep in mind: At end will like horizontal (if that is the way your design works) and also. a stacked/square version provided if that's not how initially it's designed.
