The Kinloch Golf FoundationLogo Design Contest

Kinloch is a top 100-rated golf clubs founded primarily by Vinny Giles, one of the best amateur golfers of the past 50 years. To honor his legacy, the club created a foundation.

This is a foundation the club has started to support an Amateur golf and to preserve and enhance the heritage of the club.

The business and objects to be carried on and promoted by it are to:

(1) [promoting and fostering national and international amateur golf development and competitions;

(2) The Corporation will also help preserve and enhance the history and heritage of Kinloch Golf Club, a non-profit organization, as a promoter of the sport of golf as a healthy lifestyle for all individuals and families and helps develop personal life skills such as integrity and self-reliance;

(3) providing resources to fund various activities at Kinloch Golf Club to promote and enhance the name of Vinny Giles in the amateur golf circles;

(4) providing support to amateur players and families;

(5) help organize and promote amateur golf events];

We want to maintain the feel of the attached logo, primarily the shield, but want to distance this event somewhat from Kinloch. This Foundation will have directors separate from the Club's Board. We also want to keep the shield look and color scheme, but need this to be a traditional club feel.
