Thanks for the great update.

I´m very glad you are happy with this amazing logo.

Yes those version should be send by designers do not worrie.

I see it´s the first time you use logotournament, so you understaind, after the contest is complete, the designer you choose as a winner will work these files:
- logo RGB (for web)
- logo CMYK (for print)
- jpeg, png (with transparent background) in low, medium and high resolution
- black & white version of the logo
* all these files inclued the vector hard files you may need in the future like *.ai | *.eps | *.pdf

This world is small, there people with connections to Portugal everywhere. It´s not the 1st time i work with an american client, that have family here. Thanks for sharing that, it´s great to know.

I have good friends in Lisbon and Azores, but i´ve never visit Azores, i hope i can someday.

premier real estate.
I would work with whole design to make more bold as one alternative and different colors other than gold for building...grey and dark blue just to see how it looks.

Thanks for the question.

This one #429 incorporated with the letters is unique logo, because i´m trying to reflect buildings in combinations with your letters, so do not worrie, i´m sure you will never find "JL" combination with buildings like this.

I´ve made a google search with these key words bellow to make sure also, please feel free to do it also if needed:
1 . J L real estate logo
2. J L buidling logo

But this one i´ve incorporated here is more or less generic so you understaind: #367

I´m trying to be sincere since you ask, and i´m glad you made that question, it´s the first time a client ask me this.

So you understaind sometimes we have clients in this website that like more generic logos so i usually submit both of them, unique logos and a few generics, just i case client like.

As generics please consider these ones i´ve made #367, #363, #370, #430 & #382.
