I love the font and simplicity but it does need to say The and Team. TM where we are stands for trademark and we dont need it to have those initials so it should have the words the, jessica cohen, team however you want to present them.

#63, #64 I don't like team centered under.. Id rather it to the right as far as alignment.

#30 can you put in a dark raspberry box with white letters? Id be curious to see what that looks like.

Versions with right alignment. Yes I`m using the same color that you suggested. I remove the background gradient - now I hope it is more clearly. Please let me know if there is something else to change.
