The JayLogo Design Contest

This is a commercial building we are developing outside of Orlando, FL. It will be a retail building. Our partner's name is Jay and we would like to name the building after him, using his signature. I will attach a rendering.

We will need just a single color, so you can create it with black. I will attach a copy of our community logo (The Art District). Ideally, the style will flow with it, as well.

I would like to include the signature, with wording "The Jay" somewhere...possibly just below the signature. If you need to modify the signature slightly to simplify it, that's fine. Just want it to still look like his signature. You can just focus on the "J" in his signature, or use the entire signature.
