The JamesLogo Design Contest

This is for a new luxury apartment building is Des Moines, Iowa. We want this logo to have a very modern and classy feel to reflect the nature of the building. We want this to appeal to all ages but focus on a 50+ age range. We want this logo to be based off of an included signature from the company's founder.

We want to include white, grey, and potentially a cool dark blue as an accent color.

This will be based off of the signature of the founder of the company and namesake of the building. We are open to the idea of more colorful concepts, but would like the majority to follow our suggestions. We have included a photo of a similar building that we constructed recently, as well as a concept for the building that the logo will represent for inspiration. This building is located in a nice residential neighborhood of Des Moines, it is not downtown or in the suburbs.
