There doesn't necessarily have to be some kind of housing related component incorporated into the design of the logo. If there is and it complements the design that's great, but we're definitely open to just a script/font based logo. Thanks!

I'd like to keep the designs very crisp and understated. Please think along the lines of mid-century modern architecture. Clean lines and subtlety. Again, please reference Wallpaper magazine and it's contents for the aesthetic I'm going for. Thanks!
